Our New Protocols for COVID-19

Associates in Nephrology continues to focus on providing the highest clinical standards of care while taking the necessary steps to protect the safety of our patients and staff. Our new practice protocol includes telehealth services, and we are continuing to provide in-person office visits for urgent medical conditions that require evaluation and/or treatment plans.

Patients with chronic illnesses such as kidney disease are among those most at risk for complications from COVID-19. So whether through telehealth or in office, it’s important to keep your appointments with your doctor and follow their instructions to keep your overall health stable and avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room.

To learn more about telehealth and schedule an appointment, please call our appointment line at 312-654-2744.

Knowledge is power

We understand that being diagnosed with a chronic disease can be scary, and it can be hard to find clear, concise relevant information for new patients and their caregivers.

That’s why we developed our FAQ section to help you learn what chronic kidney disease is, how it may impact you, and what you can do to start managing it.
